Closing the women's-health primary-care gap in Sub-Saharan Africa
A concept note for the 2026 Cartier Women's Initiative · Africa-MENA cohort.
1. Summary
~150 words. Lead with outcome, not activity.
Across Sub-Saharan Africa, primary-care access for women remains uneven — 64M women live more than 5km from any clinic offering reproductive or maternal services. We operate a last-mile women's-health network across three countries; our 2024 cohort served 412,000 women, 91% of them first-time users of any health service. With $100K in non-dilutive capital from Cartier, we will harden the data-and-outcomes layer of the network and expand to two additional districts in 2026.
